Can you describe for me the steps you took to get to the point you mention above?

I am assuming you added the App bundle to a portfolio through FTPS and then updated your App settings to select an orientation and wire engine version before you could see it in fusebox?
After our email chain, have things been corrected?
I have been unable to replicate this issue on other user accounts. Until I get your password to test your username, I would suggest double checking your internet connection and rebooting your devices.

Let me know if either of those things help your cause.
Create a new App in the studio and add these files to it.
JSON can be queried similar to XML. The important part is to get your source correct. Try using a query of "/"
While I investigate this issue, you may consider deleting the App and reinstalling it from the App Store.

Were you ever able to log into fusebox?
The only way to achieve this is to give the user the option to open it in all compatible apps on their device using the attribute external="yes" within your load tag. This will pop a modal that will allow them to launch ibooks or any other app that supports pdfs installed on their device.
Have you tried to close fusebox from running in the background process and trying again?
Not a problem! Just glad it wasn't a more serious issue. Thanks for getting back to me.
Can you confirm that you attempted to access the FTP through port 21?
