FTP access after password change

Hi - I am unable to login to FTP using my studio password - could this be because I recently reset it? Connecting fine, just not authenticating the new pass.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm that you attempted to access the FTP through port 21?

Hi Ian, here's me being contrite; I was using ftps, not ftpes. Sorry to bother you.
