We are aware of this issue. Luckily the orientation is being set it is just being wiped out on the front end. I will log a bug and we will get it fixed soon.

thanks
We have a great method to build for both devices while still only using a single wire file.

We have a tag called <platform> where you can wrap device specific code labeled for each device in the same wire.

This would enable you to define your pieces that don't look right on the phone with separate blocks of code to accomodate for the screen size.
You are right. We have identified this bug and are working hard to fix it. As a work around, when you create a new file in the online editor, launch the "Upload and Manage Files" and rename the file by adding an extension of .wire or .xml depending on your needs. This should be all you need to do to use the file for your App.

Sorry for the confusion and I hope to resolve this bug very soon.
very nice suggestion. I will see what I can do to get this in front of our developers.
that is weird, my quicktime says it isn't. hm. I will continue to look into this.
the framerate is normal, 29.97
It looks like it is in AVC encoding and I think that might be causing the hiccup. Can you reformat it to H.264 maybe?
Do you know what framerate this video is in?
You will probably be better off resizing this video as it is larger than the ipad screen. iOS is particular on the way it renders videos to play.
I am not sure what is happening. I have not been able to replicate this issue with any other video but yours. Oddly, if you set the seekto to 30 secs or even 77 secs it seems to respond just fine. I am wondering if there is a glitch in your .mp4 around the 72 sec mark that is causing some error.

I will have someone else take a look and get back to you.
