pdf parsing error

When I try to upload a pdf (created by indesign on osx) after the upload I have an error

PDF parsing not enabled in this version of getID3()

This also in cmyk and rgb versions

Any clues?

Thank you for the question and my apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

In general we are aware of this and have found it to be merely a display error. Basically, your PDF is being uploaded correctly and is fine, we have a bug logged to remove that displaying error.

We have not found it to actually prevent a user from using the PDF. Have you tried to add the PDF to your WIRE?

just letting you know I too have received this error the last 2 days- it did not prevent me from adding PDF to the wire
